Progress
So I’ve made some progress with my Airfoil Generator; I’ve written a basic Matrix class in Python so I don’t have to have users download an external library. It may not be fast, but it works. I just have to implement equation solvers in the file now, most likely trying to port one of my old professor’s solver to Python since it’s fast.
All I need to do now is get my 2D source panel method quickly working in Python to test some stuff with graphs behind the airfoil showing pressure data.
Yesterday was productive, David and I helped a co-worker and his fiance’ move into their new house. 7 hours of hard labor was well rewarded, but that’s not the main reason for doing it. I did miss a free dinner with Erica’s grandparents, but Kraft macaroni and cheese was good enough for dinner.
Evidently the world is supposed to end sometime in 2012 according to Nostradamus. There may be a life threatening event in 2012, but the Earth won’t be destroyed. The sun will destroy the Earth billions of years from now.
Anyway, work tomorrow where I will think of something that bugs me to blog about.
